Your service was really excellent. Our hotel was a little dissapointing. (I chose it) The price was ok but the room was in need of a good clean and some of the furniture was in poor condtion. Some of the hotel had been upgraded and I am sure that part was ok. The staff were helpful and the food excellent. The hotel was in an excellent position and quiet at night. We greatly enjoyed out stay in Budapest. The City Hotel Matiyas in Pest was located in a great spot, convenient to shopping, subway, tram and the boat dock ( we took the hyrdofoil to Vienna).The hotel accomodations were excellent, after we finally got into the right room and the view across the river was spectacular.The staff was friendlly and responsive and the breakfast very satisfying. The city was lovely, the people helpful and the subway travel convenient and easy to maneuver. We shall look forward to returning.
